Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of a product defect or malfunction under normal use by the user, following the manufacturer’s guidelines, the manufacturer will repair design defects free of charge during the warranty period. Any other defects caused by the user i.e.:- overcharging of the battery, electric current connection default, dropping the unit, incorrect cartridges & plasma pen needles used (not Grandeur Global cartridges & needles) or misuse of the device, user tampering or any unauthorized repair attempts will void Warranty.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at nkhan@grandeur.global If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Note that; all products including electrical/electronic devices and machines carry their respective manufacturers warranties/guarantees only. Grandeur Global do not offer any warranties/guarantees for any of its product offerings. Customers will need to contact the respective manufacturer of the product should the product not meet its intended purpose during the warranty/guarantee period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective and damaged products must be reported within 14 calendar days to qualify for an exchange/refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as skincare & beauty products) and products that have been listed in our "Second Hand / Used / Damaged Packaging" section. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, private combinations or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the value off the product less a 15% handling and administration fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All courier returns are at the cost of the customer.Â
