Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Durations:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and out of office periods) after receiving your order confirmation email (i.e. after payment has cleared). You will receive another notification when your order has been submitted to the courier company and is shipped. Depending on your location, peak periods etc. the shipment could then take anything between 2 to 7 business days to reach you.  

 

Shipping Rates:

We offer a nationwide flat shipping rate of R80.00. Any order that exceeds R700 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING at checkout. 

 

Delivery:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nkhan@grandeur.global with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The courier company will get in touch with you to arrange the drop-off. Ensure that you capture your contact details on your order correctly to avoid any delays.

 

In-Store Pick Up:

We are currently an online store only and do not offer the option for you to do an "in-store" pick up. We offer the option to do a "pick up" at checkout however you would need to make a prior arrangement with us and receive confirmation from us before placing your order.
